About Our Retreats

Our semi-annual retreats offer predictable opportunities for parents and caregivers to recharge their batteries and return to their caregiving journey with increased confidence, a greater sense of ease, and connection to other caregivers on similar journeys.
These retreats are respite programs designed to instill vitality, confidence, and a sense of belonging to and being understood by a special community. We invite you to temporarily take off your caregiving hat and immerse yourselves in a magical weekend devoid of caregiving duties. You deserve a temporary break from thinking about stress, cooking, cleaning, therapists, doctors, and tantrums. We know that you work harder than most parents, and we see you for the heroes you are.
When you are here, you will:
-
sleep and eat comfortably,
-
connect with others, and
-
learn about self-care.
By the time you leave the retreat, you will emerge:
-
relaxed,
-
rejuvenated,
-
and connected to a community of other heroic parents.
Research has found repeatedly that the vitality of parents to neurodivergent children has a direct impact on the entire family's ability to thrive. We are here for you, because you are there for your family.
Our weekend retreats encourage parents and caregivers to step away from their caregiving roles, recharge their batteries, and connect with other families who understand their caregiving journey.
